a series of books by him all with the character, Joe Pickett. Joe is

Wyoming game warden. Also, if you are a Patricia Cornwell fan, you
will want to read her book,
At Risk before her new book The Front comes out in May. In At Risk,
she introduced Win
Garano, Massachusetts State Investigator, D.A. Monique Lamont and Garano's
grandmother who has
certain unpredictable talents that you ignore at your peril.
New Non-fiction-The Puppy Whisperer, The Dog Whisperer, The Informant
(at both branches),
and Thrill Killers:True Story of Innocence and Murder. The Last Lecture
by Randy Pausch has been
ordered. He was recently diagnosed with terminal cancer. We also have
a new biography of Julie
Andrews.

Children's Activities-Come

May 12th -18th. Get in the Game-”READ”. Argenta-Oreana
Libraries invite you to join in the
summer fun. Registration for the Summer Reading Program is during the
week of June 2-7. You
will also receive a schedule of weekly activities. Lots of fun is coming
your way in June and July!!
