Parents are invited to stop by the Parent Place any time to check out books, magazines, videos and other resources we have available for families. Office hours for the Parent Place this year are: Monday 8:15-9:45 a.m.; Tuesday 8:15-11:00 a.m.; Wednesday 12:30-2:45 p.m.; Thursday 8:15-9:15 a.m.

January 8 – Lapsit, 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Oreana Library. Our theme is “Bedtime & Bathtime
Fun.” Come and join us.
January 9 – Coffee Chat, 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the Parent Place. Our theme is “Get Moving!”
Come and get some good ideas to help get your kids (and maybe you) moving. We will
also be discussing and sampling healthier snacks. Parents of Pre-K, 0-3 Growing
Together, and all elementary children are invited to attend. Babysitting will be provided.
January 13 – Baby & Me, 10:00-11:00 a.m. at the Parent Place. This playgroup is geared toward
little ones 15 months and younger. Come and join us.
January 20 – Morning Playgroup, 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the Parent Place. Our theme is “Senses
Alive!” Come and use your senses to explore and play!
January 20 – Afternoon Playgroup, 4:00-5:00 p.m. at the Parent Place. Our theme is “Senses
Alive!” Come and use your senses to explore and play!
January 27 – Great Expectations, 6:30-7:30 p.m. at the Parent Place. This is a support group
for “expecting” and “new” parents. All are welcome. Babysitting will be provided.
