Musical Cast - Rehearsal tonight - 7:00 - 8:30 p.m. Scenes 1, 3, 5 - only main characters need to be at rehearsal.

Would you like to be a pilot? The Experimental Aircraft Association of Dectur is making it possible for a young person to earn a private pilot certificate with a scholarship that pays for most of the expenses of learning to fly. Students who intend to choose some aspect of aviation for their career are urged to apply for the scholarship. You must be 16-18 years old and have at least a B average to apply. See Mrs. Young for more information.

Seniors: Decatur Trades and Labor Assembly is accepting scholarship applications from students whose parent or guardian is a union member who is affiliated with AFL-CIO. See Mrs. Young for more information.

Cheap Date Night is this Friday, March 12th from 7-10 p.m. This event is for A-O students only. The cost is $3/person or $5/couple and all money collected will be donated to the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization. There will be free refreshments and all the games you can play.

The Winter Sports Banquet will be held Tuesday, March 16th with dinner starting at 5:45, and the banquet starting at 6:30 in the High School Cafeteria. There will be a catered meal of Roast Beef, twice baked potato casserole, green beans, rolls dessert and a drink. If you do not wish to purchase the meal you can still attend the Banquet at 6:30. This will be a formal night and appropriate attire should be worn (refer to Student Handbook page 6). Forms are available in the office and must be returned by Thursday, March 11th.
