at Argenta-Oreana High School must earn 25.5
credits for
graduation for the Class of 2007, and 25
credits for graduation
for the Class of 2008 and beyond. These credits must be earned in the following areas:
4 credits of English
3 credits of math
5 credit of health
2 credits of science (one physical, one biological)
5 credit of government
1 credit of American history
1 additional credit of social studies
5 credit of consumer education
1 credit of art, music, foreign language, or vocational education
Physical education must be taken every year (unless exempt
for off campus programs)
5 credit of career orientation
Pass US and Illinois constitution tests
Students take 7 courses per year.
