AO Elementary families,
We return to school from our Spring Break tomorrow, April 2nd, 2024! We look forward to welcoming our students and staff back for the final eight weeks of the 2023-2024 school year!
As a reminder, student drop off for car riders runs from 7:45-8:05 am in the East Lot. We appreciate your assistance in helping us avoid the blocking of traffic on South Street. Please ensure that you are pulling forward across the entire drop-off zone (up to the stop sign at the basketball fences) to allow for us to more efficiently unload 7-8 cars at a time.
Spring Picture Day is 4/2/2024! A few weeks ago, we shared information (see the attached flyer) for online ordering through Inter-State Studios. If you have not pre-ordered already, you can still place your spring picture order by using Order Code: 85106ZA at https://inter-state.com/Order. As a reminder Bomber families, we have a 2:00 dismissal today (3/21/24) at the elementary school (2:15 for MS/HS). There will be no Late Stay today. We are wishing our students, staff, and families a fabulous Spring Break! We look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Tuesday, April 2nd, 2024!
Please note that 3/22/24 is Mrs. Crystal Sunderland's last day, as our elementary secretary. We are grateful for her years of service and dedication to our AO community. If you see her on this final day with students, please wish her well in her retirement. We look forward to bringing on Ms. Gabi Wegmann (gwegmann@argenta-oreana.org) in the role.

As a reminder, we have an early dismissal today (2/27/24). Elementary students will dismiss at 2:00 pm and Middle/High School students will dismiss at 2:15 pm. There will be no Late Stay at the elementary school today.

CONCRETE CONSTRUCTION AUGUST 2022
AOES's front driveway will undergo vital construction and will be shut down for approximately four weeks, beginning on Monday, August 15th. This will certainly cause some disruption to normal operations of our school building and updates/changes to our arrival and dismissal procedures, parking, and visitor instructions will be shared in the Bomber Bulletin on 8/13/2022.
Tomorrow is the last day of school at AOES! We dismiss at 2:00.
Tomorrow is the PATT Color Run!! Fingers crossed the rain holds off at run time. Be sure to dress for color! All prizes earned will be delivered to students tomorrow morning.
Papa Murphy’s Fundraiser order form with payment is due tomorrow, April 19th.
Payments may be cash/check. Please have checks written to Papa Murphy's AO Fundraiser. Orders will be available for pick-up on April 28th at AOES from 3PM-6PM.
There is no school on Friday, April 15 and Monday, April 18. Enjoy the long weekend!
Thursday is the next Color Run coupon day! Bring your 2nd coupon back tomorrow and get a treat from the cart. We dated the coupon 4/15, but that was a mistake and it is 4/14 due to no school on Friday.
Our goal is $12,000 and we are currently at $3,315. Thank you for helping us reach our goal!!

Bombers- The Color Run fundraiser is underway and tomorrow is the first check in! If your student has raised $10, please return the first coupon tomorrow that can be cut off the information sent home. When this is returned tomorrow, your student can pick from a prize cart. All money is due April 22nd. Thank you for your support!
Due to PreK Screenings, there is no school for PreK students only on Thursday and Friday this week (March 17 and March 18).
